Job Description:

As the Coffee Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food and beverages. You’ll oversee staffing, stock management, and performance, ensuring the coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting business targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and motivate the coffee shop team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Oversee staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste to control costs
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the coffee shop

Requirements:

  • Support with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives to maximise profitability
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members, promoting a positive and inclusive working culture
  • Ensure all operational procedures, policies, and compliance checks are followed and documented correctly
