The Coffee Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, drive brand equity, and enhance brands presence in HoReCa, through leveraging premium events and partnerships to create strong bonds between brands and targeted audience. This role will also be responsible for managing P&L, ensuring that marketing strategies not only drive brand growth but also deliver profitability. Moreover, this role will require a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen and creativity along with budget and stakeholders’ management skills to deliver measurable business growth and profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Drive initiatives that build brand equity, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader 24/7 vision and positioning
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty
Identify opportunities by leveraging market insights and trends
Leveraging Premium Events and Partnerships
Create and lead planning and execution of marketing strategies that capitalize on premium events, trade shows, and high-profile partnerships to build brand equity
Measure and analyze the performance of the brands at these events to ensure alignment with marketing goals
Collaboration with Sales Team
Collaborate closely with Coffee sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a unified approach
Work with coffee experts team to ensure materials are aligned with sales strategies
Develop marketing initiatives that support sales efforts in driving new business, growing existing accounts, and improving customer retention
P&L and Budget Management
Develop and manage marketing budget for HoReCa activities, ensuring all campaigns, events, and materials are delivered within budget and contribute to the profitability of the business
Prioritize marketing investments in events, trade shows and POP materials based on their potential impact on brand awareness and sales growth
Track and report on budget performance, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and contribute positively to Coffee’s overall financial goals
Market Insights & Reporting
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Report on the performance of premium events, POP materials, and tailored campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Use data-driven analysis to refine strategies and ensure that marketing activities support our overall objectives
Requirements:
University diploma, preferable MSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Fluent English
3-4 years comparable experience in Marketing Departments, large, complex, multi-channel organizations
Experience in managing international brands
Attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, experts) and external partners
