Job Description:

The Coffee Bar Attendant position involves food and coffee preparation, cash register operations, cleaning duties, addressing guest needs, and adhering to safety and company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
cleaning all equipment and areas
locking doors
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
input orders into cash register system and collect payment
prepare food and coffee beverages
ensure proper use of appliances (e.g., coffee makers)
bus coffee cart areas and tables
clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment
count bank and complete designated cashier reports
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
develop and maintain positive working relationships
ensure adherence to quality expectations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds
ability to grasp, turn and manipulate objects
ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
ability to move through narrow, confined or elevated spaces
ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures
addressing guests' service needs
positive working relationships
clear and professional language
maintain confidentiality of information
complete opening and closing duties including cleaning equipment and areas
using and maintaining appliances such as coffee makers
adhering to company standards.
