Job Description:

To build and maintain strong partnerships with coffee distributors and HoReCa & At Work clients, ensuring full market coverage, high service standards, and continuous business growth. The role drives performance through client acquisition, equipment management, and execution of promotional strategies, contributing to the overall success of the coffee category.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure full coverage of the assigned area
  • Evaluate and prioritize coffee machine models for new locations
  • Monitor performance of clients and resolve issues
  • Facilitate POS retention and ensure contractual coffee volumes are met
  • Analyze the potential of new clients and develop growth plans
  • Identify new Away from Home locations for coffee offerings ( HoReCa, At Work, Retail Coffee corners, Gas Stations Coffee corners)
  • Present coffee offerings with strong product and equipment knowledge
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee signing processes
  • Drive market development and achieve key business indicators (KBIs)
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve channel-specific issues
  • Manage coffee machine scanning and allocation at client and distributor level
  • Manage light technical intervention and preventive maintenance
  • Participate at installing & retrieving equipment in/from the market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience in FMCG or Coffee industry preferred
  • Strong planning and decision-making abilities, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills
  • A customer-centric mindset combined with a focus on achieving results
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
