Job Description

Ability to handle a team of 10 to 15 members and manage day-to-day operations and be an Account Manager for a set of clients. Responsible for guiding and mentoring the group of employees to achieve the assigned work with the desired quality target. Involve in the implementation of a multi-specialty coding project(s) that includes but is not limited to test coding, live coding, auditing, Provider feedback, documentation, and knowledge transfer to second-line staff as the business expands. Review daily performance and provide constructive feedback to the team members. Ensure all client deliverables are met at the project level and timely escalate to the reporting Manager if any delivery challenge(s) arise. Responsible for complete client management and being the primary point of contact for the assigned project or client. Prepare pre-and post-delivery analysis presentations in Excel and/or PowerPoint for existing and upcoming clients. Ability to analyze and find solutions for client-oriented problems. Involve in Training staff periodically or on a need basis and maintain records for the same. Escalate performance-related issues with the assigned team members to the reporting Manager promptly. Perform any other task(s) assigned by the Reporting Manager.
