Job Responsibility
Review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Create, test, and solve complex coding problems and real-life scenarios
Develop diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance
Deliver constructive feedback and transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coding standards and quality benchmarks
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in programming languages and AI model training
Document findings, best practices, and recommendations for ongoing model refinement
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s with 4+ years of strong coding experience
Proficiency in at least one core language: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, or Rust
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and advanced problem-solving techniques
Demonstrated expertise in code review, debugging, and delivering clean, efficient code
Experience using frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, .NET, PHP, Typescript, HTML, and Angular
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and feedback
Strong attention to detail and a passion for mentoring AI to produce best-in-class code
Nice to have
Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, or similar emerging technologies
Active GitHub or other public coding profiles showcasing past projects and code contributions
Background in designing or evaluating AI coding assistants or large language models
