Code of Ethics Analyst - Hybrid / Boston or Needham, MA. Our client, a large professional services organization, is seeking a Code of Ethics Analyst to support key compliance, regulatory, and operational activities within their ethics and business conduct program. This role involves responding to policy‑related inquiries, supporting data‑driven processes, and collaborating with global compliance partners to ensure consistent practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Address employee questions related to internal ethics and compliance policies
  • Support operational, system, and data components of the ethics program and help identify process improvements
  • Partner with compliance teams across regions to ensure alignment on procedures and controls
  • Assist with regulatory training, documentation updates, and adherence to internal guidelines
  • Provide support during regulatory reviews or examinations as needed
  • Serve as an escalation point for offshore team members and maintain updated procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services operations, compliance, regulatory, or business controls
  • Experience with Code of Ethics programs strongly preferred
  • Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, GenAI, or other automation tools preferred

  • Portfolio Analytics: Support the business planning process and create tools to better understand cross-class performance and market insights, enhancing growth and profitability and giving insights to better manage capital
  • Innovation: Work with stakeholders from across the business to explore new ways to drive profitability. This includes conducting exploratory data analysis, trialling new solutions and building pricing models using actuarial and/or data science based methods
