As Cocktail Waiter / Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering sophisticated and memorable guest experiences within our bar and lounge. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver attentive and personalised cocktail and beverage service to guests
  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels valued
  • Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams
  • Set up tables and ensure all service areas meet brand standards at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout the shift
  • Support the overall flow of service by working collaboratively with the team
  • Handle guest feedback and requests with a positive, solution‑focused approach

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury or high‑end environment
  • Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, beverages and bar service

  • A confident and personable approach to guest interaction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
