Job Description:

The London EDITION is looking for a superstar Cocktail Server to join our award-winning bars team. In this role you will work across both the Punch Room and Lobby bar. If you haven't carried a tray before, don't despair. Experience is preferred but not necessary. What is necessary however, is a passion for nightlife, food and drink, and most importantly, our guests. As an entry level position, you will have fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within the team, one which has a history of many internal promotions. You will be exposed regularly to exclusive trainings and workshops from the best in the industry and our top suppliers.

Job Responsibility:

Work across both the Punch Room and Lobby bar
Deliver a never-ending theatrical performance that continuously delights and enchants each and every one of our guests

Requirements:

Have a solid knowledge of cocktails
Have a fire in your belly for true hospitality
Have prior experience in luxury or an upscale environment
Be a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
Be flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
