Job Responsibility:

Reporting directly to the Bar Manager
Work closely with the Bar team
Bring an unparalleled level of service embodying a no half measures attitude to provide the perfect guest experience
Hosting, entertaining and owning our menus
Bring an outstanding level of technique and innovation

Requirements:

Highly skilled individual with previous bartending experience
Natural curiosity for new techniques
Strong desire to develop and elevate the cocktail experience in London
Ability to showcase talent
Project an approachable manner while remaining calm under pressure
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
