• Experienced Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist with a real passion for hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy Canary Wharf service.
• Extensive knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi.
• A creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative cocktail menus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person.
• Advanced bar experience and a drive to develop further (WSET or mixology training preferred).
• A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
• A commitment to upholding Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
