Job Responsibility:

  • Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and personality
  • Deliver warm, memorable experiences that turn first-time guests into regulars
  • Share expert knowledge of Italian aperitivi, wines, and spirits — confidently recommending pairings
  • Keep the bar area organised, fully stocked, and ready for service at all times
  • Support your teammates to ensure seamless service between bar and floor
  • Handle payments and follow all responsible alcohol and licensing guidelines
  • Bring new ideas for cocktails, promotions, and guest experiences that reflect Bar Lina’s spirit

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a quality-driven or high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Solid knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and Italian ingredients
  • Engaging, positive, and confident when interacting with guests
  • Team-oriented and calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Passionate about hospitality, learning, and creating moments guests remember
