We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous. At Lucas Collective, we champion growth. Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
Drive for beverage service
Passion for delivering outstanding service
Proactive, strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
Outgoing personality
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent presentation and grooming
Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
Must have RSA certificate

Nice to have:

Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
Waiting experience advantageous
