Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Baby! Baby offers an expression of Italian cuisine where we source the best quality produce and allow it to speak for itself. Baby’s cooking is best described as simple, home cooking at its best that is delicious and will fill you up at an affordable price. Lucas Collective is home to the country’s most loved and acclaimed restaurant, bar and event brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
  • Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
  • Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
  • Complete closing duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue
  • Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
