We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment. Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
Wine knowledge advantageous
Drive for beverage service
Passion for delivering outstanding service
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional presentation
Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
Must have RSA certificate
Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Victorian RSA Certificate
