The Cobrand Digital Performance Manager is responsible for the execution and performance of cobrand credit card placements across Alaska Airlines’ owned digital guest platforms, including alaskaair.com, hawaiianair.com, and the Alaska mobile app. This role manages the placement, optimization, and performance of card engagement pathways across digital surfaces, ensuring Alaska-controlled guest experiences effectively convert demand into approved card accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Own execution and performance of cobrand placements across Alaska-owned digital guest platforms (alaskaair.com, hawaiianair.com, mobile app), including optimization of card engagement pathways throughout the guest journey
Implement and manage enhancements to digital card experiences (acquisition and lifecycle) in partnership with E-Commerce, Product, UX, and Bank of America teams, ensuring timely delivery of approved placement and conversion optimization initiatives
Develop and execute testing strategies across digital surfaces to improve application flow effectiveness, placement visibility, and guest conversion and engagement
Monitor digital performance and collaborate with analytics support partners and Bank of America to evaluate placement effectiveness and identify opportunities for conversion improvement
Partner with Marketing and Performance Media teams to ensure digital acquisition pathways are aligned to support demand generated through brand investment and performance marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, or related area
Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree
Experience managing performance across owned digital platforms (e.g., website, mobile app)
Experience with A/B testing or digital experimentation
Strong analytical background with ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening) with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external constituencies
Detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum age of 18
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Airline, ecommerce, or financial services experience
Experience supporting digital onboarding or lifecycle engagement strategies
Familiarity with loyalty programs, cobrand credit cards, or partnership environments
Experience collaborating with product, UX, or engineering teams on digital initiatives
Experience using experimentation, analytics, or performance reporting tools.
