Job Description:

Your role is to ensure service continuity, to guarantee application(s) quality and to maintain the application(s)

Job Responsibility:

Resolve incidents, analyze problems, and implement small request for change by following the development phases (coding, unit test) in consistency with the assets
Provide quality users assistance
Answer to different service requests (reporting, recurrent tasks)
Meet the objectives related to its application (availability time, incidents time resolution)
Ensure the necessary data transfer between applications
Update documents after each change
Propose and implement actions to simplify applications, optimize processes and automate tasks
Follow and enforce norms and standards, security rules

Requirements:

Graduate of technical profile faculty
Experience in COBOL programming (minimum 4 years)
Experience with Mainframe, JCL, DB2
Experience in application support
Synthesis Capacity
Customer Orientation
Initiative Capacity
Mandatory French and English skills
