Job Description:

Develop and manage Mainframe applications in Cobol, leading technical projects and actively contributing to the release management process. Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with French-speaking teams and being involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage Mainframe applications in Cobol
Lead technical projects
Contribute to release management process
Create and maintain Cobol components referential
Define and communicate release calendar based on freeze periods
Prepare packages for each version release
Ensure release packages compliance with standard rules
Involve in definition of test environments refresh plan
Participate in Change Advisory Board
Collaborate with teams across the Group
Prepare transversal communication with stakeholders
Share knowledge and provide technical support

Requirements:

Relevant experience in COBOL programming
Medium/Advanced level of French (min B2)
Good English skills
Experience with Mainframe, JCL, DB2, ChangeMan, Excel, VBA
Experience in proposing/designing technical solutions
Experience in creating technical specifications
Experience in drafting/implementing the release plan
Technical university degree
Good level of communication skills
Rigorous person with analytical skills
