Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for coding
  • unit testing
  • application development/support
  • bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards
  • Work on change requests from business
  • The resolution and recovery of assigned Incidents
  • Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
  • Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority types
  • Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
  • Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem records
  • Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
  • Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
  • Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
  • Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
  • Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
  • Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support
  • Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
  • Document all the learning’s from the project
  • Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
