Job Description:

Module Lead position responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and delivering tasks as per predefined timelines and quality standards. Requires 04-06 years of experience with primary skills in Cobol, DB2, JCL and VSAM.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing
Work on change requests from business
Resolution and recovery of assigned issues
Analyzes issues to identify service restoration actions
Issues investigation and diagnosis
Assists with classification and prioritization of Issues
Investigates assigned problems through to resolution
Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support
Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
Document all the learning's from the project
Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working

Requirements:

04-06 years of experience
Primary Skill Set: Cobol, DB2, JCL and VSAM
Secondary Skill: CICS
Good knowledge, skill and hands on experience in Mainframe
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Willingness to work in UK or India shift
