Job Responsibility

Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards
Work on change requests from business
The resolution and recovery of assigned Incidents
Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type
Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem records
Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
