Job Description:

The COB & CM Senior Lead Analyst role involves managing COB solutions, analyzing risks, and providing strategic advice to senior leaders. It requires excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with a focus on managing Third Party relationships and risks.

Job Responsibility:

develops and manages security and or COB solutions for a line of business
identifies and utilizes a global risk management model by analyzing emerging security and or COB threats and potential impacts to the business
defines solutions to mitigate business exposure
advises and provides direction to senior business and IT leaders on risk management decisions
resolves high-impact problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards
provides expertise in IS COB & Controls
manages resource allocation
evaluates and addresses risks while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements:

10+ years of experience with Third Party oversight, risk and/or relationship management
ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships
familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Third Party risk management
advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability
excellent verbal and written communication skills
