Job Description

Define and roll out Standards and Best Practices for our coating processes and applications, including complex problem solving and innovations. Troubleshoot coating failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and performance. Evaluate surface conditions and recommend appropriate preparation methods for optimal coating adherence. Drive cross-facility standardization by implementing best practices and improving coating quality and efficiency. Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, including root cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and guide investments in low-energy coating technologies. Document and develop industry-leading standards for surface preparation and coating application techniques. Lead technical training programs to enhance knowledge transfer and upskill team members involved in coating applications.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in chemical engineering or related technical field
  • Significant experience in coating process, project and change management with in depth exposure to cross functional interaction
  • Experiences in Lean Manufacturing / Project management
  • Excellent self-organization and communication skills
  • Proactive approach
