Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation

Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required

Job Responsibility

Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery
Perform quality control checks and inspections throughout the production process
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
Follow and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment
Maintain accurate records of production data, quality metrics, and equipment maintenance
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet targets
Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Job Responsibility

Observing data on job orders
Sorting and organizing job orders
RF scanning and other department specific tasks
Surface tech duties: Backside coating, Blocking and Deblocking, block prep, Machine operation, taping, generating, polishing, Lens washing
AR tech duties: Sorting lenses, cleaning and inspecting for imperfections, Clean dirty rings in ultrasonic cleaner and rinsing, Sandblasting sectors and panels, Loading lenses into sectors and placing in machines, Removing sectors, download lenses back to matching trays, visually inspecting, Operating and cleaning AR coating machine
Finish tech duties: Sorting trays, edging, beveling, Tinting, Mounting, Final inspection, Shipping
