Coating Labourer

• Apply chemical coatings to parts
• Coating steel substrate parts with liquid alumina and blow off excess alumina on parts
• Material handling, machine operation, measuring weights with precise scales and data entry
• Load and unload parts from racks, skids, ovens, etc
• Count inventory
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional manner
• Remove excess scrap
• Perform other duties as required

• Working in chemical manufacturing for 2-3 years
• Mixing or batching chemicals will be seen as an asset
• Computer Skills are required for this role (MS Office)
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a hot environment
