Job Description:

This role is essential for supervising and supporting a sales team focused on acquiring new business in targeted enterprise and strategic accounts with decentralized. It involves collaborating with team members and management to address challenges and provide guidance for daily activities. The role differentiates itself by using data-driven insights and operational guidelines to lead and inspire a team of business account experts. Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and improve team performance by providing feedback and support to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Deliver individual and team-level results reporting to inform performance and decision-making
  • Conduct personalized feedback sessions addressing work tasks, quota achievement, training progress, and career development
  • Organize and facilitate coaching and training sessions to equip representatives with necessary knowledge and tools
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-4 years - Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position
  • Less than 2 years - Sales or Retail Management experience
  • 2-4 years - Customer service, sales, and/or retention as a Sr Representative or Coaching Position
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
  • Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
