Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious coach drivers to join our friendly team and become part of our UK & European tour operations programme. As one of the UK’s leading coach tour operators we are looking for drivers who enjoy working with people, have a flexible schedule and enjoy European and UK travel. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Caledonian, it is essential that you have a pleasant nature and you take great pride in providing excellent customer service, you must be willing to go the extra mile to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

Full PCV licence
Driver CPC
Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact during every customer contact
Good listener with a natural instinct to assess customer needs and resolve queries
Great communicator with a collaborative approach
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Organised and able to prioritise workload
Positive, can-do attitude
