As a Studer Education Coach, you will partner with education organizations to establish, accelerate, and hardwire the necessary changes that cultivate a culture of organizational excellence. Studer Education Coaches collaborate with executive leaders, boards, and teams of established and emerging leaders to align goals, behaviors, and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with executive leadership teams and boards of education in an effective way to help them achieve desired results
Facilitate highly engaging coaching in-person and using video conferencing tools
Demonstrate an understanding of coaching competencies in the following areas: Systems improvement, strategic planning and goal setting, leadership evaluation, leadership development, aligned/prescriptive strategic actions and process improvement/accountability systems
Ensure client implementation and understanding of Studer Education leadership tactics by setting clear expectations for success and developing/implementing a sequenced work plan
Drive the successful renewal and expansion of our client portfolio by ensuring client achieve measurable, sustained results
Provide professional high-quality, timely communication to clients
Build and cultivate high-trust relationships with clients and the Studer Education team
Contribute to the Studer Education team by providing intellectual capital and building an education research and development network
Assist Studer Education in advancing and growing in the field (e.g. conference presentations, authoring articles)
Share coaching skills and lessons learned with Studer Education team

Requirements:
Master's degree required, doctorate preferred
experience in consulting or executive leadership in education preferred
leadership experience in K12 or higher education
excellent client service

ability to build strong relationships with senior executives
willingness to travel approximately 60%
