Job Description:

As a Co-worker Relations intern, you will contribute to the co-worker relations strategy and foster an engaging and healthy working environment. Responsibilities include driving specific projects, developing solutions, and collaborating with different teams, including the People & Culture team. Additional tasks include organizing events and creating engaging internal and external communications to support IKEA’s spirit of togetherness.

Job Responsibility:

Think creatively and outside the box
solution-oriented thinking
work with PowerPoint and Canva
organize events
create internal and external communication materials
apply critical thinking skills

Requirements:

Passionate about people, their rights and wellbeing
knowledge of Belgian labour legislation
ability to mediate relationships between co-workers and employers
independent and motivated worker
strong verbal and written communication skills
academic background in Law, Human Resources Management or related studies
strong communication and interpersonal skills
fluent in English and at least one more language such as Dutch or French
