Co Product Owner - PHP Team. Your missions, in collaboration with the second Product Owner: Support Product Managers in identifying application improvements (highlighting risks, suggesting enhancements, etc.); Contribute to project scoping and identify functional and technical solutions that meet Product Management requirements; Estimate development workloads with input from the development team; Plan and organize project execution and delivery; Break down and prioritize functional and technical issues; Write functional specifications; Coordinate and lead the development team on a daily basis; Monitor progress and align development and technical initiatives; Ensure the quality and compliance of developments with specifications before delivery to QA; Coordinate with QA teams responsible for testing; Collaborate with other project teams to address their needs while maintaining the right balance between cost, user experience, and performance; Ensure specifications, releases and planning are kept up to date using collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.); Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings; Contribute to cross-team synchronization sessions; Provide Level 3 functional support in collaboration with the development team.
