Job Description

The Workflow Optimization Co-op will support the Industrial Engineering Automation team in enhancing efficiency within Connected Vehicle business operations. This team manages customer issue workflows, data analytics, and digital commerce processes. The Co-op will focus on documenting, streamlining, and automating workflows within a CRM environment—leveraging Salesforce tools and AI to improve problem resolution speed and accuracy.

Job Responsibility

  • Document and analyze existing business process workflows
  • Learn to design and optimize workflows using Salesforce CRM tools
  • Develop and test automated workflows within the Salesforce environment
  • Create user documentation and assist in training team members on new processes

Requirements
