Under general direction of the Supervisor, responsible for assisting in the implementation of solutions to challenges in departmental activities. These duties will primarily reside within our Finance, Strategic Global Sourcing, and US Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics departments.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the implementation of solutions to challenges in departmental activities
Identifies areas of process improvement
Creates, maintains and updates SOP’s and other documentation related to the position
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
Performs related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, finance, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
One (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
Knowledge of procurement department processes, system and tools
Basic project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services and products
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in team setting
Strong analytical skills
Strong mathematical skills
Strong organizational skills

Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
