This hybrid role partners closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain execution. Job Responsibility

  • Own relationships with co-manufacturing, co-packing, and select commercial partners, acting as the key point of contact
  • Drive commercial sourcing efforts including RFPs, logistics providers, imports, sea freight, and carrier bids
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, SLAs, and ongoing performance management
  • Partner closely with internal customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product flow
  • Support commercialization initiatives including new product launches, packaging changes, and network updates
  • Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and help strengthen supply chain continuity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related business discipline
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar FMCG role, ideally within food & beverage
  • 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing and/or perishable goods supply chain logistics
  • Strong logistics and end-to-end supply chain understanding, including overseas sourcing
  • Proven experience with negotiations and contractual agreements
  • Exposure to major retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Albertsons, or Kroger
  • Strong communication skills and confidence representing the business externally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, ownership-driven environment
