Job Description:

To support the Store Manager in the management of store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable store sales. Plays an active role in their own professional development, along the path to becoming a Store Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts
  • Create operational plans with Store Manager, prioritize, delegate and provide clear direction to Managers and Associates
  • Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls
  • Serve Customers as an ambassador for their store
  • Support store initiatives to serve the community
  • Lead and develop Assistant Managers
  • Demonstrate Company values by holding Assistant Managers accountable
  • Adapt to constant changes in technology and oversee digital application implementation
