Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
University degree in civil, hydraulic, or related engineering (ETH/FH/UNI)
Additional qualifications in management, finance, and team leadership (leadership and people management)
Technical expertise in hydropower plants or underground works
Solid experience in the design and management of complex assignments in the hydropower and hydraulic works sector
Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions with a comprehensive vision
Ability to lead with consistency, empowering people and creating safe and stimulating work environments
Legal, financial, and contractual awareness for the comprehensive management of assignments
Excellent command of Italian and English
Good knowledge of at least one other national language
Availability for short business trips within Switzerland and abroad
