Job Description:

10x Value Partners is seeking a Co-Founder for roll-up companies with validated business models and high growth potential. The role involves founding and running a VC-backed tech company, negotiating M&A transactions, team building, and identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Taking co-founder level responsibility for running an innovative, VC-driven tech company
leading the M&A/transaction execution and/or the operations/value creation work stream
running the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets
building, leading, and motivating an energetic and results-oriented team
identifying opportunities and improvements in an entrepreneurial manner
managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

Requirements:

Strong desire to found a company with support for idea, funding, and pivotal decisions
working experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or senior management in a venture-backed tech start-up
deep expertise in an industry well-suited for a roll-up with an initial pipeline of deals for acquisition
experience in origination, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions in a private equity context
outstanding degree/MBA from a top university
proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers, and decision-making using data and intuition
team oriented and ambitious
fluency in English

Nice to have:

Experience in origination, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions in a private equity context
initial pipeline of deals for acquisition
