This role seeks motivated co-founders to establish and lead technology roll-up companies with the support of 10x Value Partners. Candidates will benefit from industry expertise, validated business models, and seed funding guidance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking co-founder level responsibility for running a VC-driven tech company
  • leading the M&A/transaction execution and/or operations/value creation work stream (paired with a complimentary co-founder if needed)
  • running the business as a general manager with profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets
  • building, leading, and motivating an energetic, results-oriented team
  • identifying opportunities and improvements in an entrepreneurial manner
  • managing relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to found a company
  • support for finding the right idea, raising funding, and making the right decisions
  • working experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking or private equity, and/or as a senior manager in a successful venture-backed technology start-up
  • deep expertise in an industry well-suited for a roll-up with an initial pipeline of deals for acquisition
  • experience in the origination, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions in a private equity context (ideal)
  • outstanding degree/MBA from a top university
  • proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
  • ability to work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner
  • comfort with analytics, numbers, and decision-making based on intuition and data
  • team-oriented and ambitious
  • fluent in English.

Nice to have:

Experience in the origination, negotiation and execution of M&A transactions in a private equity context.
