Job Description:

A manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated CNC Turning Operator to join their team. The role involves operating and setting up CNC lathes, performing machine conversions, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. Additional responsibilities include basic machine maintenance, quality inspections, and meticulous documentation of production processes. The position follows a two-shift schedule: early shift (6:00–14:00) and late shift (14:00–22:00).

Job Responsibility:

Operate and monitor one or more CNC lathes
Configure and adapt machines to meet specific production requirements
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly
Perform quality checks using technical drawings and precision instruments such as calipers
Accurately log production data and ensure compliance with documentation standards
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment

Requirements:

Technical background with a willingness to learn and grow
Prior experience with CNC machines is required
Previous experience as a CNC machine operator is preferred
Certification for forklift operation and overhead cranes is an advantage
Basic Dutch proficiency or a commitment to learning the language
Problem-solving mindset with flexibility and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
Collaborative team player with excellent work ethics
