Job Description

Our client is active within the Dutch high-tech and semiconductor industry in the Brainport Eindhoven region, often referred to as the “Silicon Valley of Europe.” The company manufactures highly precise metal components and modules for advanced technology systems, including equipment used in the semiconductor industry. Many companies in this region are suppliers to ASML, one of the world’s most important technology companies and the global leader in EUV lithography machines. These machines are essential for producing advanced computer chips used in AI, smartphones, automotive systems, and data centers. Because of the extremely high precision and strict quality standards in this industry, our client is looking for skilled CNC professionals with experience in metal machining.

Job Responsibility

  • Machining high-precision metal components
  • Working with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Performing quality checks and measurements
  • Working according to strict tolerances and high-quality standards
  • Using CNC controls such as Fanuc or Heidenhain
  • Identifying and solving machining or production issues
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and accurate working environment

Requirements

  • Experience with 5-axis machining is highly preferred
  • Experience with 4-axis or 3-axis machining is also welcome
  • Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls is highly preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Able to work with extremely tight tolerances
  • Experience in high-tech, precision engineering, or semiconductor-related production is a strong advantage
  • Wood machining experience alone is unfortunately not sufficient for this position
  • The candidate needs to have a valid residence permit in the Netherlands or should be a citizen of European Union.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 5-axis machining
  • Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
  • Experience in high-tech, precision engineering, or semiconductor-related production

What we offer

  • A position within the Dutch high-tech and semiconductor industry
  • Work in the Brainport Eindhoven region, one of Europe’s most important technology hubs
  • Opportunities with companies connected to the ASML supply chain
  • Long-term career opportunities due to strong market growth
  • A professional and technically advanced working environment
  • Opportunities for CNC machinists with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis experience
