Job Description:

Join a global leader in specialty materials at our Tielt site, focusing on producing and distributing high-quality plastic and composite materials for industrial applications. The role involves operating CNC machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining the quality of the finished products.

Job Responsibility:

After thorough training, you and your team will be responsible for the production and quality of finished products
Based on a technical plan, you will operate multiple CNC machines
You will install the tools in the machine, set the machine correctly, and adjust the appropriate parameters
You will ensure a smooth production process
You will monitor the quality of the finished products by measuring the parts, recording the data, and adjusting the parameters if necessary.

Requirements:

You have an A2 diploma in mechanical design techniques or equivalent through experience
You possess technical knowledge and understanding, and can read plans, take measurements, and operate machines
You have several years of experience as a CNC machine operator
You are safety-conscious and have an eye for quality
You are capable of working independently and are flexible in operating multiple machines
You work accurately and precisely
You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
