Job Description

We’re a fast-growing, full-service signage and branding company seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is essential to the production of custom signs, architectural elements, and branded displays for major national accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate CNC router machines to cut and shape sign materials (acrylic, aluminum, wood, etc.)
  • Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and material layouts
  • Load and unload materials on the CNC table with care and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Work closely with fabrication and design teams to ensure precision and efficiency
  • Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience operating a CNC router (preferably in the sign industry)
  • Familiarity with tools such as EnRoute, Flexi, or VCarve is a plus
  • Basic understanding of G-code and machine setup
  • Ability to read shop drawings and understand measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
