We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to work in Leicester as part of a team. Are you an experienced CNC Programmer or Process Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team in Wigston. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced CNC technologies and play a key role in driving process innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC programming and process engineering
Strong knowledge of CAM systems and CNC machinery

Experience managing tooling resources and implementing process improvements
The ability to train and mentor colleagues, building skills and capability across the team
