Syntech Recruitment is partnering with our client within precision manufacturing, to find a highly skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist with extensive experience in milling and turning operations, as well as programming and operating Doosan/Fanuc CNC machines. This role involves delivering high-quality products, and contributing to cutting-edge precision engineering projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Program, set up, and operate Doosan / Fanuc CNC machines to produce precision parts from detailed specifications
  • Store and manage CNC programs to ensure repeatability and optimise manufacturing processes
  • Draw and design parts using CAD/CAM software
  • Select and order materials suited to specific projects, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain excellent customer relations through high-quality and timely product delivery
  • Work independently or under direction to meet project deadlines
  • Uphold exceptional housekeeping standards and perform regular equipment maintenance in the CNC workshop

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in programming and operating Doosan/Fanuc CNC machines
  • Strong knowledge of materials used in precision manufacturing
  • Experience in milling and turning operations
  • Ability to draw and design parts using CAD/CAM software
  • Competence in managing projects from technical drawings to the final product
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously to achieve objectives
