Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Process Engineer to work in Leicester as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced CNC technologies and play a key role in driving process innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Driving process innovation and continuous improvement
Problem-solving, machine setup, and optimisation
Managing tooling resources and implementing process improvements
Training and mentoring colleagues
Building skills and capabilities across the team

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC programming and process engineering
Strong knowledge of CAM systems and CNC machinery
A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving, machine setup, and optimisation
Experience managing tooling resources and implementing process improvements
The ability to train and mentor colleagues, building skills and capability across the team
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
