Job Description:

For a leading expert in the design and construction of iconic steel structures, we are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The role involves plasma cutting and operating CNC machinery to produce large-scale metal components for international projects.

Job Responsibility:

Operate, set up, and maintain CNC plasma cutting machines
Read and adjust technical drawings and machine programs as needed
Load and unload plates using roller bridge and half-portal cranes (training available)
Inspect and register finished pieces, ensuring quality and proposing improvements
Minimize material waste and resolve machine malfunctions
Promote a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience with CNC-controlled machines or plasma cutting is a plus
Strong spatial insight and the ability to read and interpret technical plans
Proficiency in using computers, with training provided for the SteelConnect program
Commitment to workplace safety and quality
Ability to work in two shifts, with flexibility for occasional three-shift rotations

Nice to have:

Proven experience with CNC-controlled machines or plasma cutting
