Job Description

When you hear the name DAF Trucks, you might not immediately think of large machine shops. Yet a significant part of the engine plant consists of machining operations. As a CNC operator, you’ll perform machining operations on engine blocks, camshafts, cylinder heads, and other components. Are you a true craftsman with experience in metalworking, and do you want to learn more about machining—turning, milling, and drilling? Then read on, and you might soon be working as a CNC Operator at the DAF Trucks engine plant in Eindhoven.

Requirements

  • You have experience operating and adjusting CNC-controlled machines
  • You preferably have experience with machining operations, particularly milling and turning
  • You have a technical background in your education
  • You have work experience as an operator
  • You can perform quality checks using measuring tools.
