Job Responsibility

  • Take command of advanced CNC laser cutting machines to manufacture high-tolerance, premium-grade components
  • Own the machine's performance by conducting lens cleanings, nozzle swaps, and precise beam alignments for flawless operation
  • Bring blueprints to life by reading and executing complex industrial drawings, CAD files, and technical schematics
  • Put your eye for detail to work using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges to ensure every part meets strict quality standards
  • Safely oversee the loading and unloading of metal sheets to keep production moving efficiently
  • Keep your station running like a well-oiled machine with routine daily checks and a pristine, organized workspace

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on expertise setting up and operating CNC Laser machinery
  • You are fluent in blueprint reading and highly proficient with precision measuring instruments
  • You are comfortable standing for full shifts and can safely lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  • You have dependable transportation to our Brantford facility and naturally lead with a 'safety-first' mindset
  • High school diploma required
  • a technical certificate in machining or fabrication will put your application at the top of the pile
  • You possess strong basic computer skills paired with a sharp, uncompromising eye for detail
