Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our client, a leading precision engineering company. This role is ideal for those with experience in CNC Milling, particularly with 3/5 axis milling centres. You will be responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate CNC Milling Machines according to production schedules, ensuring maximum capacity
  • Correctly clamp and set up component parts to prevent machining issues
  • Machine components to specifications, ensuring accurate tolerances
  • Conduct quality checks as outlined in job packages
  • Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO 9001, and SC21 standards

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience with 3/5 axis milling centres (HAAS/DMG)
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and conscientious
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
  • Comfortable in a team environment
