Cnc milling operator

• Configure and program CNC milling machines for various production tasks
• Adjust machine settings to match job specifications
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure a steady supply of materials during production runs
• Perform quality checks and precise measurements of finished products
• Maintain accurate production logs and records
• Keep the work environment organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards

• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines with Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens controls
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments such as calipers
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Basic Dutch knowledge or readiness to learn the language
• Forklift certification and experience with overhead cranes/hoists are advantageous
• Strong focus on detail, quality, and workplace safety
• Collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
