Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join the team. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment. With increased demand expected through 2026 there will be multiple opportunities for training and development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Program CNC milling machines (Haas and Matsuura) using OneCNC and Edgecam or from technical drawings
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines for a variety of jobs
  • Ensure machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to maintain accuracy and reduce waste
  • Select and monitor cutting tools to optimise machining performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience programming CNC milling machines
  • Experience with 3, 4 and 5-axis machining
  • Knowledge of Fanuc control systems
  • Experience using OneCNC and Edgecam software
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work and communicate closely with team members
